Andy Reid's first job is to find a franchise QB to build his team around. I think it's safe to say that Matt Cassel isn't the answer. Unfortunately for Reid, he's one year too late to have the first pick in the draft. There is no Andrew Luck in this draft and we're not sure there's a QB worth taking this high. The Chiefs could reach and take a chance on Gino Smith. Reid might like developing a guy with the upside that Smith has but with the first pick, you can't miss. Smith is still raw and may need time to develop. If Reid doesn't like what he see in free agency or the trade market, he could look to land his signal caller in the top of the second round. The Chiefs will be forced to take the best player available. Luke Joeckel | Texas A&M Joeckel is every bit the prospect that Matt Kalil was last year when he was the forth pick in the draft. He's a plug and play OT from day one and will fill the void left by Branden Albert should he leave via free agency. At Texas A&M Joeckel protected the blind side of "Jonny Football" and paved the way for the Freshmen to become college football's Heismen Trophy winner. Click here to see Joeckel in action.

The Lions have many holes to fill coming off a disappointing 2012 season. The Lions go with the best player available approach to the draft and with the 5th pick, best player available and team need may unite. With Cliff Avril set to hit free agency and Vanden Bosch getting his walking papers, the Lions will look to restock at the DE position. They also need to shore up a secondary that let them down time and time again last year. CB Dee Milliner and S Kenny Vacarro will be options. Don't count out the Lions grabbing another OT in the first round for the second year in a row if Joeckel or Fisher fall to them. If Jarvis Jones passes his medical evaluation, the Lions could see him as a Von Miller type player in their system. Bjorn Werner | Florida State Werner will battle Ziggy Ansah and Damontre Moore to be the first DE taking in the draft and if he makes it to the Lions pick, he may be too good to pass up. Werner is not blazing fast for the position but he combines a rare combination of strength, power and a relentless motor that would fit perfectly into the Lions defense. He would look nice lining up next to Suh and Fairly on Sundays. Click here to see Werner in action.

Team Description Eric Fisher | Western Michigan Eric Fisher's performance during Senior Bowl week has solidified him as a top 10 pick in round 1. Many scouts believe that if he continues to impress at the combine and during his interview process, he will vault himself into the top 5. The OT position is just too valuable. Well the Rex Ryan circus will be back in town for at least another year in NY. New GM John Idzik will need to restore some sort of order to the organization. It will be interesting to see if Ryan will be forced to give up his influence in personnel decisions. He has proved to be a horrendous talent evaluator the past four years. This pick will most likely give you the answer. The Jets need to give their roster a complete overhaul and drastically improve the talent level. Immediate upgrades are needed at Offensive Tackle, Guard, Outside Linebacker, Running Back, Wide Receiver and Safety. Idzik will most likely want to find his franchise QB sooner rather than later and it will be interesting to see if he grabs Gino Smith should he fall to this spot. Rex will be pushing for a pass rusher like Dion Jordan, Barkevious Mingo or Jarvis Jones. You can't rule out S Vaccaro or OG Warmack either. In the end, I think Rex will get his wish and select Dion Jordan. Dion Jordan | OregonJordan is a long and lean OLB with blazing speed for the position. He's probably too light to work as a DE in a 4-3 alignment and is more suited as an OLB in a 3-4. He's exactly the type of player Rex has been looking for to put pressure on opposing QB's Click here to see Jordan in action.
